The high-pressure steam sterilizer is an instrument that uses high-temperature and high-pressure saturated water vapor as a working medium. It can effectively remove various microorganisms in a short period of time to achieve the purpose of disinfection and sterilization.

During use, if there is air leak, the interlayer pressure will not meet the minimum requirements of the startup procedure. This is a small problem, but it will affect daily operation. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following two points:

1. Before closing the front and rear doors of the autoclave, be sure to check the sealing ring, front sealing plate and door panel to ensure that there are no debris and damage.

2. When turning on the high-pressure steam sterilizer, you must first turn on the air compressor and steam source switch, and then turn on the power key switch of the sterilizer, and the opposite is true when turning it off.
