The autoclave is a high-pressure container that uses a pressure higher than normal pressure to raise the boiling point of water to a high temperature above 100°C to sterilize liquids or utensils. It is suitable for medical and health undertakings, scientific research, agriculture and other units to sterilize medical equipment, dressings, glassware, solution culture medium, etc.
The structure of high pressure steam sterilizer:
1. Electric lock system
The lid can be opened easily and safely with just the touch controller.
2. Safety two-way detection interlocking device
Lock the sterilizer cover by detecting the internal pressure and temperature inside to ensure greater safety during use.
3. Two-way sensing system monitors air removal status
In order to prevent the residual air from affecting the sterilization result, this instrument adopts a bidirectional sensor to detect whether there is residual air in the sterilizer.
4. Automatic exhaust device
The latest automatic steam removal device is adopted to sterilize the liquid matrix without boiling. After the sterilization is complete, the steam can be released gradually at a preset rate.
5. Automatically arrange the startup program
The built-in timer can be programmed for a period of time so that the vertical autoclave automatically starts a sterilization cycle for up to a week.
6. Space-saving design
The sterilizer cover is opened vertically upwards to save space.
7. Process status display
Various conditions of the current sterilization process are indicated by a set of flashing lights.
8. Optional accessories for function extension
There are buoy sensors, digital printers, automatic water supply units and cooling units.
