I. Basic parameters for autoclave sterilizer calibration
1.The rated working pressure is not more than 0.25MPa.
2. Sterilization working temperature is 115~138℃.
 
II. Calibration conditions of high-pressure steam sterilizer
To ensure the reliability of on-site calibration results, the following basic principles should be followed:
1. Environmental conditions:
Temperature: (20±5)℃;
Relative humidity: not more than 80%.
2. Measuring standard device:
The measurement range of the selected standard device should be greater than or equal to the measurement range of the calibration basic parameters of the calibrated high-pressure steam sterilizer, and the maximum allowable absolute value of the displayed value should not be greater than the absolute maximum allowable error of the calibration basic parameters of the calibrated high-pressure steam sterilizer 1/3 (digital) or 1/4 (analog) of the value.
