In a closed steamer, the steam inside cannot overflow, and the pressure continues to rise, which makes the boiling point of water continue to increase, and the temperature inside also increases accordingly. How to open it when the autoclave is locked?

The autoclave needs to be powered on before it can be opened. The common method is:

1. Close the vent valve. After powering on, when the pressure rises to 0.05MPa, open the vent valve to release the air. After the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero, close the vent valve.

2. After closing the valve and powering on again, and when the pressure gauge rises to 0.1MPa and starts timing, maintain the pressure at 0.1~0.15MPa for 20 minutes.
